Mucormycosis or the Black Fungus Disease

  A large number of people have been lately complaining about excessive running nose along with swelling and pain in the eyes and of blurred vision post-Covid-19 treatment. Coping up with Menstrual Cramps and Pains

 Often women, across the globe, go through painful cramps during their periods. While there are several reasons that add on to these problems, we have quite as many solutions too.   Usually the regular pain cramps can be relieved with the help of a few homely measures. Let’s talk about a few here:   1) Take over-the-counter medicines such as ibuprofen. 2) Anti-inflammatory medicines are a better option than any aspirin, go for them. 3) Whichever medicine you prefer to take, take it before the pain becomes unbearable. 4) These medicines can be taken as long as you are having the cramps. 5) Read and follow the instructions mentioned on the medicines. 6) Prefer drinking luke warm water instead of cold or chilled water. 7) Use of pads is preferred over tampons if the pain is vaginal. 8) Lie down and place a pillow under the knees. 9) You may also lie on your side and bring your knees up to your chest. 10) Place heating pads on the lower abdomen.   How...
